Marxism and the Bible

The Bible does not support Marxism, Communism, Socialism, or whatever you desire to call it. This is why Marxism is anti-Bible desiring to rid the world of it. I would suggest that all read the Communist Manifesto before listening to what anyone says about Marxism. It advocates burning everything to the ground (entering the future unburdened by the past) and rebuilding based on the total enslavement of the people as the only way of obtaining peace and equality.

Of course, in the beginning this cannot be effected except by means of despotic inroads on the rights of property and on the conditions of bourgeois production; by means of measures, therefore, which appear economically insufficient and untenable, but which, in the course of the movement, outstrip themselves, necessitate further inroads upon the old social order and are unavoidable as a means of entirely revolutionizing the mode of production.

Communist Manifesto

The Bible supports individual independence and responsibility while being pragmatic in dealing with human nature. The Bible supports capitalism regulated by the Royal Law of doing unto others as you would have done unto you.

James 2:8-9 If ye fulfil the royal law according to the scripture, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself, ye do well: 9But if ye have respect to persons, ye commit sin, and are convinced of the law as transgressors.

The Bible supports tempering all human interactions with charity toward all. There is no love of one’s neighbor without being charitable toward them.

And above all these things put on charity,
which is the bond of perfectness.

Colossians 3:14
